What
are the payment methods?
You can send us a crossed cheque or a bank draft.
You can also directly bank-in into our company's
account. Please keep the receipt as proof of
purchase from us.
To
whom shall the payment be made?
Your payments shall be made payable to Intech
Data Solution. You may bank-in to the account
or you can send the cheque or bank draft to us
via registered or courier express. Please cross
your cheque via A/C Payee Only for
security purpose.
Can
I terminate the services at any time?
Yes. You may terminate our service at any time
providing you provide at least two weeks (14
days) notice in writing prior to termination of
contract. Unlike some companies, we will not
penalise you for termination of contract.
Do
you have money back guarantees?
Yes.
We are proud to say that we are among the only
web hosting companies in Malaysia that dares to
provide a 30-day money back guarantee. This is
because we believe that we can provide good
services to our clients' satisfaction. If by any
reason you wish to terminate our services within
30 days upon registration, we will refund all
your monthly fees. There will be no refund on
setup fee.
What
are the frequencies for web hosting payment?
You can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
Just make sure that you settle your payment on
the first week of each month. If we do not
receive your payment in the first week of the
supposed month, we will issue a reminder to you
and may suspend your website temporary. Further
actions will be the termination of your website
from our servers.
Do
I get any discounts if I were to prepay yearly?
Yes. To encourage you to prepay annually, we
provide discounts of up to two months web hosting
for annual prepayment. Please refer to our Web
Hosting
section for more info.
How
will the billing be if I were to upgrade my
existing package?
We provide upgrading facility to suit your
company needs. All you need to do is to add the
difference between the current package and the
intended package to your monthly fees. There will
not be any additional setup charges if the setup
price between the two packages is the same. If
there is a difference of setup price, you just
need to pay the additional difference.
Can
I have more than one account from you?
Yes you can have more than one account from us.
We even give you a first month free web hosting
if you already have an existing account from us.
We can register another domain name of your
choice for this new account or it can be a
transfer from an existing website.
